The present invention relates to a protein regulator of cytokinesis 1 (PRC1) promoter, a recombinant vector including the same and various applications thereof. Since the PRC1 promoter of the present invention can overexpress foreign genes more specifically in cancer cells than conventional promoters, by overexpressing genes associated with treatment and death of cancer, the PRC1 promoter can be used for treating, preventing and diagnosing cancer associated therewith. In addition, including the PRC1 promoter, the present invention can be used for screening an anticancer agent, for diagnosing cancer and for predicting metastasis, and thus can be usefully used in related pharmaceutical and medical fields.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
