The claimed technical solution relates to the field of medicine and hygiene, and may be used to suppress the growth of pathogenic microflora at a site of local inflammation in the human body in order to increase the effectiveness of therapy of infectious inflammatory diseases of the mouth and throat, specifically acute tonsillitis (sore throat), pharyngitis, periodontal disease, gingivitis, and stomatitis. The aims of the claimed technical solution are to develop an antibacterial composition that would deliver Gramicidin C to a site of local inflammation and would be sprayable, and that would be capable of most precisely delivering Gramicidin C to the site of local inflammation, covering each section of the site, and that would have minimal side effects on the human body; to develop a simple method for producing it; and to develop a method for arranging the delivery of the antibacterial composition to a site of local inflammation that would enable treatment of the entire surface of the site of local inflammation while minimally affecting adjacent tissues.
