The invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery and can be used for consolidation of biological prostheses arteries, native vessels of living organism.Effect of the device is improved elastically - deformation properties of prosthesis, and also to increase the biocompatibility was external netted tubular coating, due to use of thread from superelastic titanium nickelide with possibility of combined knitting of nitinol with thread polymer.A biological prosthesis arteries with external mesh coating tubular external wall made of nitinol on all its length, consisting of biological part, presented prosthesis and biocompatible outer mesh tubular coating made of nitinol. The vascular prosthesis consists of segment of blood vessels, is placed inside outer mesh tubular coating, tightly adjacent to outer wall of vascular prosthesis, vascular prosthesis and biocompatible netted tubular coating are connected between each other clutch of knitted mesh cells tubular coating with size from 0.5 to 2.0 mm2 with adventitial shell vascular wall vascular prosthesis, mesh tubular prosthesis repeats the taper segment of blood vessels (vascular prosthesis), expands on proximal part and narrows on distal. 4 dwg. |
