Disclosed are an application of Ibandronate for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and/or asthma, and a powder spray or atomized liquid drops containing Ibandronate wherein the particle size of the Ibandronate micro-powder contained in the powder spray is 2.5-10 μm, and the particle size distribution d90 is greater than or equal to 7 μm; the atomized liquid drops containing Ibandronate are dissolved in a PBS solution, and the size of the atomized liquid drops is less than or equal to 7 μm.
