Nowadays, there is a growing demand on products added with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and polysaccharides, since this have beneficial properties in the treatment of a large number of diseases. The nanoencapsulation of the active principles avoids the degradation of the same, thus being protected from the external factors of the environment, and reaching the action site in an intact manner. Other benefit of the nanoencapsulation is the increase of the bioavailability of these substances in the organism, producing a gradual release. The invention refers to particles, either capsules or spheres, of polymeric matrixes, in which an antioxidant compound is contained, which may be a protein, polysaccharide, fatty acid, vitamin, phenol, etc., which sizes range from 10 nm to microns, also including the method for obtaining the same. These particles are unique since they have antioxidant properties and sizes that allow these particles to be used in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic se ctor. |
