The proposed technical solution (this utility model) relates to the field of research, medical and mathematical models, in particular to devices for forming turbulent flows in the phantoms of blood vessels, by means of rendering corresponding effects on laminar flows of fluid medium, and may be used in medicine and veterinary science, and also in physics, for example, during measurement or testing of acoustic and optical devices.Effect utility model is was to increase the accuracy of forming pulsating flows, due to accounting having in place in real living objects partial perezhatii and vibration of blood vessels.This effect is achieved due to combination designed device pump with at flow rate adjustable, two electric motors, deforming flexible tube in different directions on regulated amount of degrees, through adjustable time intervals and on adjustable time intervals, and also vibromotora, oscillations providing walls of flexible tube with adjustable amplitude through adjustable time intervals and on adjustable time intervals, that allows simulating pulsation liquid STI in flexible tubes by design with pulsations of blood flow, caused by operation of heart valves.
