Arched implant made of Ecoflon material with a thickness of 2 mm is cut out according to the size of the existing defect. Edges of the formed implant are perforated and hemmed with support on the preserved lateral fragments of the semi-rings of the tracheo-angled segment, and the implant is additionally fixed to the inner seam formed from the separated skin.
