PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a therapeutic method using pemafibrate suitable for a hepatic cirrhosis patient. SOLUTION : The present invention relates to use of pemafibrate for a hepatic cirrhosis patient and, specifically, relates to a regimen in which a hepatic cirrhosis patient requiring a treatment with pemafibrate is administered with pemafibrate of a smaller amount than that for a person with normal hepatic functions.
