PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a new technique to suppress incompatibility in a pharmaceutical composition containing ibuprofen or a salt thereof or their solvates, and ambroxol or a salt thereof or their solvates. SOLUTION : A pharmaceutical has a pharmaceutical composition stored in a hermetic package, following components (A), (B) and (C) : (A) ibuprofen or a salt thereof or their solvates; (B) ambroxol or a salt thereof or their solvates; (C) tranexamic acid or a salt thereof or their solvates.
