The present invention provides a compound for inhibiting and degrading a CDK. Specifically, the present invention provides a compound represented by formula I, definitions of radical groups being described in the specification. The compound in the present invention has a very good inhibitory activity for the cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK), and can be used in the preparation of drugs for treating diseases related to the activity of the CDK.
