FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to medicine, specifically to surgical gynecology. Proximal part of the mesh prosthesis is fixed with a surgical hardware at the level of the I-II sacral vertebrae and the distal part of the mesh prosthesis to the stumps of the sacro-uterine ligaments and the prevesical fascia. At the same time, a cancellous screw with a toothed washer with a total length of 40?mm and a threaded portion of 16?mm is used as a surgical hardware. At the vaginal stage of the operation, excision of the modified part of the vaginal mesh prosthesis is performed so that the vaginal tube is not shortened. Next, the stumps of the sacro-uterine ligaments and the peritoneum of the posterior vault are sutured to the distal section of the mesh prosthesis with individual sutures made of a non-absorbable sutural material, the other end is inserted into the abdominal cavity. Then the distal section of the second mesh prosthesis is fixed to the anterior wall of the vagina, together with the prevesical fascia with individual sutures from a non-absorbable suture. Proximal end of this mesh prosthesis is inserted into the abdominal cavity.
