The method comprises : transferring a deoxyribonucleic acid sequence construct (DNA construct) containing SEQ ID NO : 4 or SEQ ID NO : 5, into a rat embryo, transplanting the rat embryo into a female rat of the same species to develop into a mature rat, and separating a protein crude extract containing a target amino acid sequence from a connective tissue of the mature rat, the target amino acid sequence being : (i) an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 1 and an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 60; or (ii) an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 2 and an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 61; or (iii) the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 1, the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 2, and the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 60 or the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO : 61.
