The present invention relates to a serine protease inhibiting peptide derived from Apis cerana, antibacterial and antifungal uses including the peptide as an active ingredient, and various applications thereof. When the serine protease inhibiting peptide derived from Apis cerana of the present invention was used as an active ingredient, a blood coagulation effect was confirmed by inhibiting activity of plasmin, which leads to an anti-fibrinolytic action. In addition, antibacterial or antifungal effects obtained by inhibiting activity of subtilisin A and protease K can be used in the related pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.
