To provide a compound having an activity equal to or more than an unsubstituted vinca parent compound thereof, and receiving no Pgp mediated discharge in a specific cancer cell growth inhibition assay, a preparation method therefor, and use method thereof in treatments.SOLUTION : There is related a vinca alkaloid compound substituted by a carboxamide group at 20' position, carbonyl of the carboxamide group binds to 20' -amino group and a ring system containing up to three 5, 6 or 7-membered rings condensing together or binding. Each ring may be a carbon cyclic or a hetero cyclic, the heterocyclic ring is same or different, and contains up to three heterocyclic atoms selected from nitrogen, oxygen and sulfur.
