The present invention relates to a novel genistein glycoside derivative, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same, and a production method thereof. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce various genistein derivatives, and the novel genistein derivative has anti-cancer activities and enhanced water solubility, thereby being useful in medical fields.
