PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a tissue treatment method which contributes to the production of a suspension having high regeneration effect.SOLUTION : The tissue treatment method is for producing cells/tissue utilizing drugs with tissue collected from a human as a starting material, or for producing an intermediate stage product of a medical material and comprises : a pulverizing step of pulverizing the tissue; a mixing step of adding physiological saline to the tissue, thereby creating a suspension comprising the pulverized tissue and physiological saline. In the pulverizing step the tissue is pulverized so as to be able to fit in a cube with one side of 100 μm or less, and in the mixing step physiological saline is added at a rate of 0.5-16 mL to 1-200 mmof tissue.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1
