PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a dispensing reservation device, a dispensing reservation method, a program and a recording medium capable of making a reservation for dispensing and reducing probability of dispensing again.SOLUTION : A microcomputer 10 of a dispensing reservation device for making a reservation for dispensing pharmaceuticals by transmitting prescription data to a pharmacy comprises : a first display control unit 11 for displaying a selection screen which allows a user to select one of a plurality of pharmacies; a second display control unit 12 for displaying an acquisition screen which urges the user to acquire the prescription data; a third display control unit 13 for displaying an input screen which makes the user input at least one notebook information of possession and request for preparation of a medicine notebook; a fourth display control unit 14 for displaying an input screen which makes the user input generic information on whether the user requests generic drugs; and a transmission control unit 17 for transmitting the prescription data, the notebook information and the generic information as a set to the pharmacy side selected by the selection screen.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 3
