The present invention relates to a process for converting chicken butchery waste into useful products using a combination of natural products and less chemicals used. The process comprises of cleaning, sanitization, and washing, treatment, pulling out, making wool pulp, hand pinning and hand weaving. The process is natural and cost effective, reduces the risk to the water pollution, air pollution and health hazard problems. The wool produced from the said process is useful in fabrics and textile products. Non-feather part is used for biochemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, animal feed, and fertilizer product.
