PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composition for removing target cell membrane protein that contains double bond molecule including a first binding domain that bonds with driver cell membrane protein and a second binding domain that bonds with target cell membrane protein, an anticancer composition containing the composition for removing target cell membrane protein as an active ingredient, and a removal method of cell membrane protein by using the composition for removing target cell membrane protein.SOLUTION : The composition for removing target cell membrane protein according to the present invention contains a double bond molecule including a first binding domain that bonds with driver cell membrane protein and a second binding domain that bonds with target cell membrane protein, in which the driver cell membrane protein is located on a cell membrane of the same cell as the target cell membrane protein, and the protein moves into a cell and is degraded when the first domain bonds with it.
