The essence of the invention consists in that a system comprises a device for transmitting a recording of a vibration signal and an acoustic signal of a swarm of bees, which is connected to at least one emitter of the above-mentioned vibration signal per person, which emitter is arranged relative to the frontal plane of a person, and is connected to at least two emitters of the above-mentioned acoustic signal per person. A method for carrying out vibro-acoustic apirelaxation consists in that action with a vibration signal is carried out in the frontal plane of a person by means of at least one emitter of the above-mentioned vibration signal, and action with an acoustic signal is carried out by means of at least two emitters of the above-mentioned acoustic signal, wherein the vibration signal and the acoustic signal are transmitted with the aid of a device for transmitting a recording of a vibration signal and an acoustic signal of a swarm of bees. The technical result of the invention consists in developing a system and a method for carrying out vibro-acoustic apirelaxation, providing for highly effective vibro-acoustic action on a person when carrying out apirelaxation.
