To provide a pharmaceutical tablet containing as an active ingredient erlotinib hydrochloride that accelerate the elution of an active ingredient in a neutral medium, such as water and has quick disintegrability.SOLUTION : A pharmaceutical formulation using an active ingredient compounded with A and B crystalline polymorphisms of erlotinib hydrochloride and further using a binder and a disintegrant exerted the elution of 25% or more in 30 minutes, preferably 40% or more in 30 minutes in the dissolution test with water according to the Japanese Pharmacopoeia Dissolution Test Method 2 (paddle method), and a tablet having disintegratability of tablets within 3 minutes in water according to the Japanese Pharmacopoeia disintegration test was obtained.SELECTED DRAWING : None
