To provide bispecific antibodies simultaneously targeting humanized p185 and human VEGF and to provide methods of use thereof.SOLUTION : The present invention provides a bispecific antibody simultaneously targeting human p185 and human VEGF, consisting of the following 4 peptide chains : (1) two same antibody light chains; and (2) two same antibody heavy chains, the light chains comprising (1-1) a light chain variable region recognizing human p185 as an antigen and (1-2) a light chain constant region, the heavy chains comprising : (2-1) a heavy chain variable region recognizing human p185 as an antigen; (2-2) a heavy chain constant region; (2-3) a flexible peptide; and (2-4) any of the following human VEGF binding domains : (a) a single strand variable region fragment (scFv) of an antibody recognizing human VEGF as an antigen, or (b) an antigen binding domain of a receptor binding to human VEGF.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1
