One performs skin separation of external auditory canal, excising of atretic tissue, removal of bone canopies, laying of free displaced skin flaps on bare bone. Skin separation is combined with atretic tissue with a single unit. After removal of atretic tissue lumen of external auditory canal is removed, removing bone massif of lower, upper walls and front wall until appearance of first signs of bag of temporomandibular joint - thinning of bone wall until a bluish translucent tissue or punctual perforation of the bone wall with formation of an anterior meatoparenal angle between the anterior wall and the tympanic membrane exceeding 90? A single skin flap of the external auditory canal is formed on the feeding base from the upper and anterior walls, and its anterior myotympanic angle is lowered to the tympanic membrane.EFFECT : method enables reducing a risk of recurrence of atresia, achieving good functional results by removing the bone massif of the lower, upper walls and the front wall until the first signs of the temporomandibular joint appear, forming a skin flap on the feeding base along the anterior wall and placing it on the front meatampal angle.1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex
