The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting or removing a staphylococcus biofilm containing an extract of Orostachys japonica and various applications thereof. The extract of Orostachys japonica of the present invention contains a quercetin or kaempferol component, inhibits cell surface adhesion and PBP2a latex aggregation reaction of staphylococcus, and inhibits a mecA gene which is a methicillin resistant biomarker and a penicillin binding protein 2A (PBP2A) protein coded by the same, thereby having an effect of inhibiting staphylococcus and staphylococcus having methicillin resistance.
