In the first version, the dental implant comprises an implant body forming an artificial tooth root by implanting into an alveolar bone, and an abutment configured to connect its upper part with a prosthesis (a crown or a denture) and having in its lower part a latch configured to be elastically connected to the axial hole of the implant body by a radial elastic bend inward relative to the central axis and restoring its original shape. Dental implant has inner surface of axial hole of implant and connecting parts. Inner diameter of axial hole gradually decreases downward from preset position on inner surface of axial hole of implant body. First connecting part is made in the form of connecting hole directed outward in preset position on inclined surface of axial hole of implant body. First mating connection part is formed on the external surface of the latch in the lower part of the abutment and is made with a coupling protrusion complementarily connected to the first connecting part formed on the internal inclined surface of the axial hole of the implant body. At least one first connecting portion is formed on an inner inclined surface of the axial hole of the body of the implant in a circumferential direction and in shape differs from the ring along the entire circumference so that connection of the abutment with the implant body is ensured when the abutment is inserted into the body of the implant and is located at a given angle relative to the implant body. Separation of first mating connection part of abutment and first connecting part is provided when turning abutment due to rotary force, value of which is equal to or exceeds a predetermined value, when abutment is fixed inside implant body by means of complementary connection of first connecting part with first mating connection part, connecting protrusion of the first mating connection extends beyond the internal inclined surface of the axial hole of the body of the implant, located vertically on one level with the coupling projection, such that when the value of the rotational force does not exceed a predetermined value, the abutment rotation relative to the implant body is prevented, and when the value of the rotational force is equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the connecting protrusion of the first mating connecting part is separated from the connecting hole of the first connecting portion by resilient radial bending of the latch inside the abutment lower part and abutment rotation along the circumference, wherein the connecting protrusion of the first mating connection part pushes the abutment upwards by resilient repulsion from the inner inclined surface of the axial hole of the implant body and the abutment is automatically separated from the implant body.EFFECT : invention enables easy separation of the abutment body from the implant body by turning the abutment from the mating zone of mating parts and pulling it up with less force.5 cl, 7 dwg
