That is ensured by massaging these regions. Massage involves applying a massage agent onto the skin followed by stroking, rubbing and kneading with the palmar surface and fingers. Massage is started from the decollete area, then the neck area is changed. That is followed by massaging movements on platism on both sides followed by stroke down from the head along the lymph flow. Then one proceeds with the cartilages of the neck and the chin area. Then, flews, ears and lower jaw are changed. Movement is performed along lymphatic flow. That is followed by facial massage wherein massages are performed along cheeks, nose, forehead, superciliary arches, nasal bridge. Massage of trigger zones and lips is also performed.
