This technical solution relates to the field of medicine, more specifically, to the means used in cosmetics and physiotherapy, that is, for the rehabilitation treatment of various non-contagious diseases, and can be used for cosmetic procedures and for the mud therapy of specific body parts, more specifically, for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system, gynecological and urological diseases and oral cavity treatment. The applicator is a multicomponent composition of various organic and inorganic compounds in different states of aggregation placed into a permeable membrane which is inert to said multicomponent composition, wherein said permeable membrane imparts the required shape to said multicomponent composition placed inside it and allows the penetration of all the components of said multicomponent composition in every direction, further wherein said permeable membrane and said multicomponent composition placed inside it are placed in a light and gas impermeable vacuum film, yet further wherein said light and gas impermeable vacuum film retains the properties of said multicomponent composition placed into said permeable membrane subject to the adherence to the prescribed applicator use and storage conditions. The technical result achieved with the use of the invention provided herein is an increase in the validity period of the applicator.
