Disclosed are an entecavir intermediate, a preparation method for the intermediate and a method for preparing entecavir using the intermediate. The synthesis methods for entecavir and the intermediate thereof in the present invention have the advantages of a controllable chirality, a high yield and a high product purity. Moreover, the raw materials have extensive sources, the reagents are inexpensive and readily available, the reaction is simple, and the operation is simple, environmentally friendly, and suitable for industrialized scaled-up production.
