The present disclosure relates to a manufacturing process for medicinal products or medical devices, said process comprising the steps of : obtaining a first set of requirements related to first technical characteristics of said manufacturing of medicinal products or medical devices; sequentially encode the first set of requirements to an encoded intermediate vector of numbers or characters using a first recurrent neural network model or equivalent; sequentially decode the encoded intermediate vector of numbers or characters to a second set of requirements related to second technical characteristics of said manufacturing of medicinal products or medical devices, using a second recurrent neural network model or equivalent; performing the step of manufacturing the medicinal products or medical devices based on at least the second set of requirements; and validating that the second set of requirements is fulfilled in the step of manufacturing the medicinal products or medical devices.
