Adapter bracket is coupled with end surface of attachment assembly to support, has through central hole and inner concave surface for reinforcement of rod holder. Rod holder has threaded holes along ends, as well as with mutually perpendicular through holes for rods and blind bolt holes for fixing studs, wherein in holes for rods there are shaped grooves. Repositioning and distraction assembly includes housing and two hinged units with fixed rod holders, wherein one hinged unit occupies stationary position on housing, and second, mated with rod, moves along housing in through hole. Distraction unit consists of a central element with two shanks with a multidirectional thread and two pairs of connected semi-links, where a rod holder is fixed in one link, and the second link made with a profiled groove is mated with the shank.EFFECT : invention provides the possibility of changing the position of the component parts of the device in space with a large adjustment margin.11 cl, 26 dwg
