PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To collect medical information and personal information available for application regarding medical care.SOLUTION : A first information processing device 101 stores medical information associated with identification information. A second information processing device 102 stores personal information associated with the identification information. A third information processing device 103 transmits first identification information identifying medical information to be used for a prescribed application to the first information processing device 101, and receives medical information corresponding to the first identification information from the first information processing device 101. In addition, the third information processing device 103 transmits second identification information identifying personal information to be used for the prescribed application to the second information processing device 102, and receives personal information corresponding to the second identification information from the second information processing device 102.
