PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide pharmaceutical tablets containing aprepitant as active ingredient which exert rapid elution equivalent to capsule formulations.SOLUTION : A pharmaceutical tablet containing aprepitant as an active ingredient and having excellent elution can be provided by using as an excipient a pharmaceutical tablet containing mannitol. Preferably, the mannitol is applied as excipient granules previously granulated together with a disintegrant and the like.
