PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a pharmaceutical preparation that contains fosaprepitant, which is a phosphorylated prodrug of aprepitant, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient, the pharmaceutical preparation having inhibited production of analogs, as the fosaprepitant is known to be susceptible to hydrolysis and unstable.SOLUTION : It is found out that a pharmaceutical preparation containing fosaprepitant or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and maltose or trehalose can provide a pharmaceutical preparation having inhibited production of analogs.SELECTED DRAWING : NoneCOPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
