摘要

The invention relates to medicine, namely to medical equipment for inhalation laboratory animals, bypassing direct contact of technician with them and influencing substance.Unit has source of acting substance, with means for control and means its supply and discharge in sealed seed chamber, made from transparent material for input and output of laboratory animals. Unit members are mounted in one housing. Additionally in body is installed agent for preparing of dry aerosols, made with possibility of grinding of solid materials in the range from 0.4 mcm to 16 mcm and for forming their suspension in concentration from 5 mcg/m3 to 5 mg/m3 , at that the unit is made for monitoring pressure, temperature, humidity and concentration of aerosol particles and automatic control electric pneumatic valves, commutating seed chamber and units seed plant. Agent supply acting aerosol has secured on body fitting for air supply from compressor and chain, including in series pneumatically communicating the first electric pneumatic valve, reduction gear to increase the nnogo pressure, drier, fine filter, the first output of which through the second electric pneumatic valve is communicated with dynamic flow regulator gas and then with generator aerosols, in addition, the second output of the fine filter in series through communicating low-pressure reducer, rotameter and third electric pneumatic valve is connected with input of pnevmotsiklona, the first generator output aerosols through fourth electric pneumatic valve communicates with inlet pnevmotsiklona, and its second output through the fifth electric pneumatic valve is connected with output of pnevmotsiklona, which through sixth electric pneumatic valve is communicated with the inlet branch pipe seed chamber and seventh electric pneumatic valve. The discharge device air from installation has output branch pipe seed chamber, which through seventh electric pneumatic valve communicates with second fine filter, connected through vacuum pump with steep bent fitting for discharging air to an external environment. In addition, as an agent for preparing of dry aerosols used ultrasonic mill, provided with means automatic control.Effect lies in expansion of spectrum acting materials and provision of automatic control and maintaining parameters effect in the wide range of values.
