It is Benzos and class of psychoactive drugs containing benzene and diazepine ring system .It is belongs to seven membered heterocyclic compounds containing two nitrogen atoms in their chemical structure. The benzodiazepine derivatives are commonly known as tranquillizers. It increases the effect of neurotransmitter gamma amino butyric acid GABA at GABA receptor results in the sedative, hypnotics-anti-depressant and anxiolytic. The benzodiazepine derivatives have miscellaneous application in the field of medicine. The compound containing benzodiazepine moiety used for treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) the most popular drug is diazepam. It is also used in treatment of Insomnia sleep related disorder produced by prolong period of anxiety and mental agitational behavior also acts as muscle relaxant. The benzodiazepine derivatives are also useful for removal of alcohol addiction the chlorodiazepoxide used in detoxification and motivate to stop drinking alcohol. In the vision of literature discloses that the seven member heterocyclic compounds of benzodiazepine family is most prescribed drug since last few decades. By considering all such broad application of benzodiazepine in the field of medicine and pharmacy hence researcher motivated and synthesized the bis-benzodiazepine derivatives from bis-heterocylic chalcones of N-phenyl substituted succinimides. The main objective of this invention is to synthesize the novel chemical compounds 13, 14-bis(N-phenyl)-6-(p-tolyl)-12, 13, 13a, 13b, 14, 15-hexahydro-6H- benzo[b]benzo[6, 7]azepino[3, 4 : 4, 5]pyrrolo[2, 3-e]bis[l, 4]diazepine series by using microwave assisted method and verified their antimicrobial activities. In this context the chemical moiety has secured better consideration as a potent assessment for excellent and specific route. In step of this significant discussion, the synthesis of some novel bis-heterocylic chalcones based bis-benzodiazepine derivatives gives significant anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activities. |
