A deuterium-substitute 5-(4-cyanophenoy)-1, 3-dihydro-1-hydroxy-2, 1-benzoxaborole compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug, hydrate or solvate compound, polymorph, stereoisomer, or isotopic variation thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound. The compound of formula (I) is a phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitor. Also provided is a use of the compound or pharmaceutical composition in the preparation of a drug for treating and/or preventing infections and a plurality of inflammation-related diseases.
