FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For the treatment of the primary repeatedly operated open-angle glaucoma of a far-reaching stage, a combined surgical treatment is carried out, including formation of a conjunctival incision, a superficial scleral flap (SSF) with a base to a limb. Before the conjunctival incision is formed, a transscleral CPC is performed by contact-transscleral using a diode laser in a microimpulsive mode with wavelength of 810 nm and exposure of 80 sec, along a circular arc with length 90° in lower hemisphere of eyeball in 3–4 mm from limb, with energy 1, 200 mJ, with working cycle 31.3?%, pulse duration 0.5 ms, period 1.1 ms. After the SSF is formed, a deep scleral flap is formed, which is excised together with the external wall of the Schlemm' s canal and a strip of corneoscleral tissue, exposing Descemet' s membrane with width of 0.5–0.8 mm, Healoflow drainage is introduced, SSF is laid back and the operation is completed by superposition of conjunctival suture.EFFECT : method enables preserving visual functions, restoring the intraocular fluid outflow pathway and achieving the stable hypotensive effect.1 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
