For combined treatment of secondary glaucoma, conjunctival and superficial scleral flaps (SSL) are formed, scleral middle layers are removed in the form of rectangle, introduction of vicoelastic into anterior chamber, implantation of micro-shunt Ex-PRESS Model P-50, fixation of SSL by side sutures, superposition of interrupted sutures on conjunctiva. After the implantation of the microshunt under the SSL, the Healaflow drainage is introduced, and the intact segment of the sclera is exposed to transscleral cyclophotocoagulation (CPC) by contact transscleral using a diode laser in a microimpulse mode at wavelength of 810 nm and exposure of 80 s, along circular arc with length of 45° in lower hemisphere of eyeball at 3–4 mm from limb, with energy 800 mJ, with working cycle 31.3?%, pulse duration 0.5 ms, period 1.1 ms.EFFECT : method enables preserving visual functions, restoring outflow pathways and reducing production of intraocular fluid, most complete removal of emulsified silicone from anterior chamber, as well as reduce risk of microshunt blockade, which enables to obtain a more stable hypotensive effect not only in early, and late postoperative period.1 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
