FIELD : medicine.SUBSTANCE : invention refers to medicine and can be used to develop practical skills in providing first aid and diagnosing disorders of internal organs by listening to sound phenomena of the lungs, heart, stomach, intestine and vessels. Method involves using a medical simulator comprising a patient' s imitator module in the form of a human dummy, a defibrillator monitor having two outputs on metal electrodes provided with straps, and one input for electrocardiography electrical signals arrival, and auscultation simulation module, including a phono-device-based wireless imitator connected to computer, and modelling of sound signals of functioning of internal organs. Human dummy is used, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation imitation systems, defibrillation imitation, electrocardiography imitation, chest decompression imitation, imitating a pleural cavity drainage procedure, simulating tracheal intubation and conicotomy, simulating drug delivery, simulating bleeding and imitating urinary bladder catheterisation, and infrared light-emitting diodes and passive RFID-marks built into the mannequin for determining the position of the defibrillator-monitor electrodes and the electrocardiography electrodes, on which the infrared receivers are installed, wherein the phonendoscope simulator comprises an antenna for reading the RFID tag identifier. Defibrillation and electrocardiography imaging systems are connected to the defibrillator-monitor, which is connected to the load adapter unit. Training scenario is selected. Simulation of audio signals is carried out depending on the selected scenario on the wireless phonendoscope simulator by means of a dynamic head, and simulation of video signals of functioning of internal organs is carried out on a defibrillator-monitor. Physical actions are taken to mannequin for resuscitation or medical procedures by influencing said imitation systems. Physical actions are recorded with position sensors installed in the patient simulator module with the possibility of data transfer to the computer. Using the load adapter unit, electric discharge pulse energy is measured on the defibrillator electrodes. Data are transmitted to a computer and subject to physical or inactivity of the trainee according to information from position sensors and the load adapter unit, the functioning signals of internal organs are changed, which are sent for reproduction to the wireless phonenoscope simulator and the electrocardiography imaging system control unit connected to the defibrillator-monitor.EFFECT : technical result consists in providing integrated training of doctors in resuscitation.1 cl, 8 dwg
