In the information processing unit, one of the outputs of the microcontroller is connected to the data medium, the other output is connected to the communication module, the third input/output of the microcontroller is connected to the control panel, the fourth output is connected to the nonvolatile real-time clock. One of the inputs is connected to the output of the DC source, one of the input/output lines is a communication interface, to which the information collection units of each compartment are connected.
