PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a system capable of setting a proper price for each medical product by visualizing distribution costs required by the individual medical products in pharmaceutical distribution.SOLUTION : A pharmaceutical inventory management system includes : environmental maintenance storage means for storing medical products while maintaining environmental conditions; storage environment detection means for acquiring information on environmental conditions in the environmental maintenance storage means; storage state detection means for detecting storage in the environmental maintenance storage means of medical products; environmental maintenance transportation means for transporting medical products while maintaining environmental conditions; transportation environment detection means for acquiring information on environmental conditions in the environment maintenance transportation means; and charge amount derivation means for deriving a charge amount to a delivery destination of medical products, on the basis of the information according to each of the detection means.
