PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composition which allows for a neuroprotective therapy of Parkinson' s disease and not only a symptomatic therapy. SOLUTION : The present invention is directed to a pharmaceutical solution comprising at least dopamine for use in treating Parkinson' s disease, wherein said pharmaceutical solution is kept under anaerobic conditions from its formulation to its administration.
