The present invention relates to a recombinant microorganism having a 1, 3-propanediol productivity, which has a gene (pflB) coding for formate acetyltransferase, a gene (wabG) coding for glycosyltransferases, a gene (idhA) coding for lactate dehydrogenase and a gene (budA) coding for α -acetolactate decarboxylase deleted therefrom. According to the present invention, the 1.3-propanediol, which may be used industrially in polymer monomers, medical industry and industrial resins, may be produced from mannitol and glycerol with high efficiency without generating byproducts such as 2, 3-buthandiol, lactic acids, ethanol, acetic acid, succinic acids and the like.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
