PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : a pharmacy information management system capable of improving workability during the input of a human incident by a user; a pharmacy information management method; a pharmacy information management program; and a computer-readable recording medium in which the pharmacy information management program is recorded.SOLUTION : A prescription information display part D33 for displaying prescription information related to prescriptions of medical products, which is stored and accumulated in prescription information storage means, and an incident input part D34 for inputting any information on incidents related to pharmacy of the medical products, are displayed on the same screen of display means.
