PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a liquid pharmaceutical preparation containing teriparatide or a salt thereof, wherein the production of an analog (e.g. the production of an oxidant of a 23th-position tryptophan residue in teriparatide or a salt thereof) is inhibited. SOLUTION : The present invention provides a liquid pharmaceutical preparation containing component 1 (teriparatide acetate) and component 4 (D-mannitol).
