PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide methods including improvement in one or more of athletic performance, bone health, immune response, recovery time after exercise, oxidative stress, and energy, of a flavonoid composition comprising quercetin and/or a quercetin derivative which are flavonoid. SOLUTION : A flavonoid composition, which is quercetin, selected from the group consisting of aglycone quercetin, quercetin glycoside, and isoquercetin, and present in the amount of about 7.9 to about 16% (w/w), and containing quercetin, green tea extract, blueberry anthocyanidin, caffeine, and n3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (N3-PUFA) is formulated as a capsule, a chewable tablet, or a gummi, resulting in increasing biogenic availability of the flavonoid.
