PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a ryanodine receptor activation agent and use thereof.SOLUTION : The present invention provides an activation agent for a ryanodine receptor expressed in a neural cell and use thereof, which contains as an active ingredient a substance selected from a group consisting of carbon monoxide, carbon monoxide donor, carbon monoxide generation inducing substance and carbon monoxide metabolism inhibitor. Further, the present invention provides a ryanodine receptor relating disease therapeutic medicine or a monoamine relating disease therapeutic medicine, and use thereof, in which the ryanodine receptor relating disease therapeutic medicine or the monoamine relating disease therapeutic medicine contains as a medicinal ingredient a substance selected from a group consisting of carbon monoxide, carbon monoxide donor, carbon monoxide generation inducing substance and carbon monoxide metabolism inhibitor, and the ryanodine receptor relating disease therapeutic medicine or the monoamine relating disease therapeutic medicine contains as a medicinal ingredient carbon monoxide generation suppressor.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 9COPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
