PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide micafungin-containing lyophilized pharmaceutical compositions capable of suppressing an increase in the amount of analogue during storage by a stabilizer different from conventional arts.SOLUTION : The lyophilized pharmaceutical composition of the present invention comprises micafungin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of micafungin, or micafungin or a hydrate of a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of micafungin, and a first stabilizer, the first stabilizer being at least one selected from the group consisting of gluconic acid, inorganic salts of gluconic acid, and inositol. In addition, a preparation for injection contains a lyophilized pharmaceutical composition and at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of physiological saline solution, glucose injection solution, and replacement fluid, the lyophilized pharmaceutical composition being dissolved in a solvent.SELECTED DRAWING : NoneCOPYRIGHT : (C)2019, JPO&INPIT
