The invention relates to the pharmaceutical sector, in particular a device for the sterilisation of flexible bags by irradiation with an electron beam, in particular flexible bags of the type that can contain solutions of human plasma proteins for therapeutic use. The invention also relates to a method for the sterilisation of said flexible bags by irradiation with an electron beam, and to an in-line method for filling flexible bags which uses the sterilisation device and method according to the invention.
