Disclosed is a method for treating tumours, in particular, a method for treating an individual who has a tumour by means of administering immune effector cells in combination with local radiation. In the method, the clearance of lymphocytes is not carried out on the individual, and the immune effector cells contain receptors recognizing the tumour antigens of the tumour. The method for treating tumours has anti-tumour effects on solid tumours, and without the pretreatment of the clearance of lymphocytes, CAR-T cells treatment, in combination with local radiotherapy and without the clearance of lymphocytes, can obtain a better therapeutic effect than CAR-T treatment with the clearance of lymphocytes, and improve the anti-tumour efficacy.
